Meet The City Pros...
Jeanette Syprzak and Bonnie Gilbert have been working together since February of 2005 and became a real estate team in May of 2006. They officially founded "The City Pros, LLC." in February of 2009, after changing their firm affiliation to Trillium Properties of Asheville, Inc. Together they have a combined experience of over 12 years in real estate sales and service. They found their complementing personalities and business styles to be a winning combination for both themselves and their clients.  

About Bonnie Gilbert: 
A  native East Tennessean, Bonnie and her husband relocated to Asheville in January of 2005. Her husband, Chris Gilbert, is a partner of a environmental engineering firm in downtown Asheville. Bonnie and Chris currently live in West Asheville and love the wide variety of activities the area has to offer. She is a member of the Young Professionals of Asheville and volunteers with MANNA Food Bank.

Brief Education History:

Graduate of the University of South Carolina, Spartanburg with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Brief Career Summary:

With a Customer Service background, Bonnie decided to pursue a career in Real Estate after moving to Asheville in January of 2005. She worked as an Assistant to real estate Broker, Jeanette Syprzak, in her first year. Interested in expanding her knowledge and credentials in the Real Estate industry, she attended real estate classes and received a North Carolina real estate license. She was a Realtor/Associate with Realty World Marketplace from 2006 to 2009. In February of 2009 Bonnie changed her firm affiliation to join Trillium Properties of Asheville, Inc. Bonnie is currently a licensed NC Broker and a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors.

About Jeanette Syprzak:
About: A native Chicagoan, Jeanette relocated to Asheville in 1992. She brought with her a love for historical renovations and a background in corporate marketing. She has since received numerous Griffin Awards for her historic restorations and has become a successful Realtor, specializing in the historic areas of Asheville. Jeanette also has a reputation for her experience with selling income producing properties and multi-family rentals for investors. Jeanette is currently a licensed NC Broker, a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors.
