I am a native East Tennessean, I grew-up in country setting with horses, dogs, cats, and lots of other pets. My Mother was the founder of a nonprofit organization and my Father was a hardworking Biologist.

I have lived in several Southeastern states and have called Asheville home for the last  four years. My husband is a partner of a small environmental engineer in downtown Asheville. We currently live in West Asheville and love the wide variety of activities the area has to offer. We enjoy hiking, gardening, home improvement projects, and are proud pet parents.

I have assisted many Buyers and Sellers in almost 4 years in Real Estate. I focus on the personal needs of each client and give individual attention to all the details involved each transaction. Brief Career Summary:

With a Customer Service background, Bonnie decided to pursue a career in Real Estate after moving to Asheville in January of 2005. She worked as an Assistant to real estate Broker, Jeanette Syprzak, in her first year. Interested in expanding her knowledge and credentials in the Real Estate industry, she attended real estate classes and received a North Carolina real estate license. Bonnie is currently a licensed NC Broker, a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, a NCFHA preferred first-time buyers agents, and E-Pro certified.

Her past experience includes co-owning/operating a residential and commercial cleaning service company and over six years of management and customer service experience in the Cosmetology Industry. 

My dedication to providing quality client services and experience in marketing and management makes real estate a prefect fit for me. I love the personal interaction with clients and the daily challenges the career offers. Assisting people with one of the most important life decisions is very rewarding.
